Apple Crisps

Ingredients:

Topping

  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp butter diced into small pieces

Filling

  • 3 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt


Instructions:

  1. Grease 4 ramekins with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Make the topping by mixing oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Work in the butter until crumbly and combined.
  3. Make the filling by combining apples with melted butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Place apple mixture into ramekins and divide topping evenly over each.
  5. Place function knob on “air fry” mode, temperature to 375°F, and air fry for 15 minutes until bubbly and the topping golden brown.

 

Notes: Enjoy as-is or top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
