Apple Crisps

Ingredients:
Topping
- ¼ cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp butter diced into small pieces
Filling
- 3 medium apples peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Grease 4 ramekins with butter or non-stick spray.
- Make the topping by mixing oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Work in the butter until crumbly and combined.
- Make the filling by combining apples with melted butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Place apple mixture into ramekins and divide topping evenly over each.
- Place function knob on “air fry” mode, temperature to 375°F, and air fry for 15 minutes until bubbly and the topping golden brown.
Notes: Enjoy as-is or top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
