IRIS USA recognizes the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our world and the people we serve. Our efforts to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our employees and communities were implemented immediately in response to the disease, and we continue to maintain the highest standard of safety and protocol across every area of our business.
We remain fully operational to meet the needs of both front-line organizations and the public, while continuing to monitor the pandemic and adapt. Our leadership team has made a multitude of key changes across our company and supply chain to enable service continuity and provide essential goods to those who need it the most. With the increased demand for our products, we have scaled our business and operations to support demand. We will maintain our diligent efforts to ship products on time and in full during these challenging times.
At the forefront of our response is our highly-valued workforce, which we continue to strive to protect and support through a broad range of measures. Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily, we are conducting daily temperature checks at each facility, and other processes for our front-line employees. We have implemented a procedure to allow employees to work from home. Our team will extend these efforts as long as needed, while continuing to ensure that we are meeting all regulatory requirements across our organization.
