The meat is then pulled by hand to create the perfect texture for sandwiches, tacos, or as a topping for your favorite salad.
Ingredients

2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red bell pepper

2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Cumin

Directions
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Pulled Pork' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start
Begin by seasoning the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, and cumin. Rub the seasonings into the pork, covering it evenly
Place the seasoned pork into the pressure cooker
Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pressure cooker, along with the orange juice
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid
Remove the pork from the pressure cooker and onto a serving plate or cutting board. Shred the pork using two forks, then add it back to the pressure cooker with the remaining juices and vegetables. Stir to combine
Serve the brown pulled pork on a bun or over a bed of rice or vegetables. Enjoy!
