We offer Standard Ground service within the contiguous United States for your orders from our website. IRIS USA partners with UPS and USPS to ship your packages. Most of our items are shipped by UPS. The smaller and light weight items are shipped by USPS.

Standard: 5 to 10 business days (Includes 2-3 days for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit)

Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Sorry, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO or outside of the continental  United States. Due to the high shipping cost and damage rates during transit, we do not ship to these locations.

Replacement Policy

Loss/Missing:

We are often able to replace small parts for existing items. Typical examples of these parts would be buckles, clips, handles, glides, latches, etc.  We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests regardless of the place of purchase. Please note that we do not have replacements for any large parts such as lids, bodies, drawers, frames etc.

 

If you ordered through the IRIS USA, Inc. site, and you are missing any item(s) and/or parts, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt. We will ask for your original order number (which can be found on the packing list) as well as other pertinent information. Contact us at: 1-800-320-4747

 

Damage/Defect:

If you have purchased the item(s) from some place other than the IRIS USA, Inc. site, you will need to contact the original place of purchase. They will have the records of that transaction. Since different businesses have different requirements regarding returns/replacements, you will need to work directly with them to determine if your request is eligible for return/replacement.

 

If you have purchased the item(s) from SHOP IRIS USA, and the item(s) has a defect or damage, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will ask you to provide pictures, a description of the problem, etc. You will need to contact us at:

How to Order

When ordering, you may either sign into your account or sign in as a guest. Add as many items as you would like in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout when you have completed your shopping.

You may choose to pay for your purchases via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Note: If you are ordering over the phone, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming the placement of your order.

After your order is completed, we will automatically send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address confirming your order from IRIS USA Inc.

If you do not receive this e-mail after you place your order, you may have not completed your order, or have provided a wrong e-mail address. In this case, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Canceling after an order is complete

If you desire to cancel or change your order, please contact us during our business hours. An order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been shipped.
