Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
10 oz crushed ice
garnish: pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry
Instructions:
- Fill Blender with ice
- Add rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice
- Blend on high for 30 seconds
- Pour drink into a tall glass
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
