Pasta Au Gratin
Au Gratin - Penne pasta
1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Penne pasta or Macaroni
- 1 Onion
- 1 Paprika
- 4 pcs Mushrooms
- 2 cloves Garlic
½ cup Milk
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
To get started, you'll need:
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Gratin' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Add the chicken broth, penne pasta, onion, paprika, minced garlic, milk and mushrooms to the pressure cooker. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the pasta mixture.
Attach lid (make sure the lid is sealed, and securely in place) and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the gratin hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired. Enjoy!
