SUMMARY:

Execute current and new account opportunities, forecasting and promoting products new and existing, working internally and externally to be a representative liaison between the company and assigned accounts, work closely with Sales team to strategically balance the proper product, the right price, and promotional strategy for the particular account and channel to maintain the necessary stability to overall IRIS USA market.  

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

·       Support team to drive sales growth and expansion through research, identification, and presentation of new product proposals and existing product growth

·       Perform data analytics to include sales tracking, ranking, and proper asset allocation 

·       Proactively manage all customer operations and content requirements including item maintenance, costing and list price, page content and digital assets

·       Manage and monitor progress of domestic and import organic sales growth, products, promotions

·       Develop a strategy to introduce new products at retail, specifically for the proper channel and creating a promotion plan for that channel/account

·       Monitor and analyze key competitors 

·       Build and maintain exemplary professional relationships with internal and external customers

·       Conduct pre and post promotion goals and analysis

·       Familiar with internal operations of account process

·       Perform critical path forecasting to support Account business model

·       Create events with Company that fit into the Account business model

·       Perform continuous training of Company internal business teams on Accounts

·       Act as expert with internal operations and needs of Accounts to link with Company

·       Act with urgency to make the most of opportunities and accomplish goals and objectives of day to day business

·       Provide insights to POS trends within account base

·       Analyze data and implement high quality solutions and actions to solve problems proactively with a customer or team

·       Maintain a high level of commitment to personally getting things done, assuming personal responsibility for achieving expected results and understanding the impact of our decisions

·       Continuously challenge self-development and seek better operating practices

·       Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication

·       Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Required Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or business, or equivalent years of experience; and, 
  • 3 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing 

 

Knowledge of:

  • Sales principles
  • Marketing principles
  • Budgeting principles
  • Profit and Loss & Sales Margins principles
  • Products in similar categories

 

Skill in:

  • Using computer hardware, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and related hardware
  • Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Perform basic math, using Microsoft Excel to find sum, subtract, divide, average, percentage 

 

Ability to:

  • Train, lead and direct others to achieve goals
  • Prepare reports using a variety of methods from multiple sources of data
  • Review data and ensuring accuracy and timeliness and relevancy
  • Identify causation of variances 
  • Multi-task under strict deadlines while having multiple priorities at one time

Activities will involve frequent sitting, using a computer, analyzing large amounts of data, communicating verbally and in writing. Exerting 20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. Operate a variety of standard office equipment including a computer, telephone, calculator, copy and fax machine requiring continuous and repetitive arm, and hand and eye movement. Move and operate presentation equipment. Travel to and from meetings and various locations inside and outside the building.

The work environment is frequently within an office setting with low to moderate noise, LED lighting, and

temperature control while working alongside large groups of employees in cubicle spaces. Incumbents will attend various business meetings and events inside and outside of the buildings, and may be required to travel overnight or out of-town for work. Occasional exposure to the manufacturing and distribution plant consisting of moving mechanical parts or heavy machinery, vibrations, fumes, unpleasant odors, dust, poor ventilation, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and moderate to loud noise while in the plant or traveling for work.
