Disposable Face Masks

Regarding limited sales of masks:

We extend our deepest sympathies to those whose lives have been affected COVID-19. The goal of Iris Ohyama Group is now to respond with swiftness to help stop further spread of infection from this novel virus.  We have reallocated our global resources to produce protective face masks as quickly as possible to meet the ever-growing demand. Despite round-the-clock production efforts, the supply of masks remains limited due to unprecedented need. However, we vow to do our best to continually supply and sell masks to as many customers as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by limiting the number of masks we can sell at one time and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following limitations:

• Customers must have an account and be logged in to use the 'free shipping' promo code.
• 'Free shipping' promo code will apply to face masks only. If other items are in the shopping cart, the promo code is void and standard shipping rates will apply.
• Currently, purchases may not exceed ONE(1) seven(7)-count package of masks, per account, per day.
• Orders may be canceled if customers attempt to make multiple or fraudulent purchases.
• Customers cannot change the shipping service after placing an order.
• Placing items in your cart does not guarantee inventory is available. Inventory will be reduced as it is sold, therefore another customer may purchase your items if they complete their transaction first.
• We cannot accept phone or fax orders.
• We cannot accept changes (delivery address, the addition of products, cancellation) after the order is completed.
• Inventory levels will be restocked daily, while supplies last, at irregular times. 
• Item(s) will be shipped within 3-7 business days
• All sales are final. This item is non-refundable. Returns not accepted.
