Replacement Parts Request

If you need a replacement part for your Iris product please submit a request to consumer_relations@irisusainc.com* identifying the missing/damaged part, item number, purchase date, and retailer you purchased the product from. All submitted requests will be processed according to our replacement parts policy.

Soon we will have a "Replacement Parts Request" form to easily submit requests for replacement parts.

*We have found that if we are not set up as an accepted company in your email system, replies to your requests may be sent to your Junk/Spam mail. Please put consumer_relations@irisusainc.com on your accepted list.
