Parts Replacement Policy
Following is our policy for replacing parts on
products purchased from authorized retailers. This policy governs
submissions to our
form specifically, and requests to Iris for
replacement parts generally.
- Products are sold "as is"
- All Iris products sold through
authorized retailers are sold "as is": the purchaser receives the
product in its current state at the time of sale, including missing
or damaged parts. Iris specifically disclaims responsibility for
damage to our products that occurs as the result of non-standard
uses.

- Replacement of parts is at our discretion
- All requests for replacement
parts will be under the discretion of Iris. Please note that
there may be a handling and shipping charge for shipments of
replacement parts. Please submit all requests to
consumer_relations@irisusainc.com with the store it was purchased
from and the approximate purchase date, and we will respond to you
promptly. Iris will replace no more than two parts per Iris product.
Iris will not replace parts that were damaged following purchase
of the item.

- Liquidation products
- Iris products purchased from liquidation
outlets are sold "as is": the purchaser receives the product in its
current state at the time of sale, including missing or damaged
parts, free from warranties or guarantees. Iris will not replace
damaged or missing parts for products sold through liquidation
outlets.
