Iris has built strong relationships with our retailers, and that relationship helps bring Iris product into your home at the most competitive prices possible. By selling our products directly from our website, we would be competing with those retailers who have been so important to Iris' initial and continuing success.
 
Is Iris an American company or a Japanese company?
Iris USA is an American company, incorporated in the state of Illinois. We have a business relationship with our parent company in Japan, Iris Ohyama, but our operations are all directed from here, and our management is almost entirely American.
 
My Iris product has parts missing: what should I do?
If the parts were missing from the store where you purchased it, fill out our request replacement parts form, and our consumer relations facilitator will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
